Shipping is carried out by the following transport companies:

  • Swiss Post (Switzerland)
  • DHL (Germany)
  • FedEx (United Kingdom)

Depending on the shipping country, other shipping service providers may also be commissioned for delivery.

The standard transit times without posting day (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday) are as follows:

  • Switzerland: 1-2 days
  • Germany: 1-2 days
  • Austria: 3-5 days
  • Other EU countries: 5-10 days
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 days

Minimum order value

For orders with a value of less than CHF 50 / EUR 50, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 9 / EUR.

Why are these costs incurred?

The logistical effort is almost identical regardless of the order value. Each order incurs fixed costs for:

  • Picking in the warehouse

  • Packaging material

  • Shipping and transportation

  • Payment and system fees

These fixed costs are higher in relation to the value of the goods, especially for smaller order amounts. If we generally factored these costs into the product prices, we would have to offer all items at a higher price.

By charging shipping costs separately for orders under EUR 50, we ensure that:

  • our product prices remain fair and competitive

  • Customers with larger orders benefit from free shipping

  • we can work sustainably and economically

Free delivery

Shipping is free for orders over 50 CHF / 50 Euro.

The prices quoted include VAT of the respective country.

A cheaper shipping alternative (e.g. in a letter) is not possible due to the lack of insurance and tracking.

Black Week / Christmas

During Black Week and the Christmas period, there may be delays on the part of the transport service providers due to the large number of orders and large parcel volumes.

Incorrect address / subsequent delivery

In the event of a new shipment due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we reserve the right to claim the flat-rate shipping fee retrospectively. The flat rate is 8.00 € / 8.00 CHF. It is the buyer’s duty to check all details before completing the order process.
