1. Order. Select the material and size—you can change the size until the engraving is done.
2. The kit is on its way. The free fingerprint kit will arrive in your mailbox in 1–2 business days—it includes full-size ring templates so you can try them on.
3. Take an impression. Gently press your finger onto the chemical-free fingerprint strip and transfer it to the fingerprint card—it even works while you're asleep.
4. Upload. Scan the QR code, upload a photo of the card, and specify your ring size.
5. Engraving & Shipping. We digitally process the impression and laser-engrave it onto your ring in Switzerland and Germany—processing time is approximately 10–14 business days. Then your one-of-a-kind item will be shipped to you with insurance and tracking.

Method 1 – Finding the Right Ring at Home: Lay the ring flat, measure the inner diameter from inner edge to inner edge, and compare it to the chart.

Method 2 – Measuring with Your Finger: Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around your finger, mark where the ends meet, and measure the length. That is the circumference—divided by 3.14 gives the inner diameter. For a more accurate result, take several measurements and calculate the average.

Does my baby already have fingerprints?
Yes—they begin to develop around the 22nd week of pregnancy and are fully formed by the time of birth.

At what point does the imprint become clearly visible?
It's different for every child. We recommend taking the measurement starting at 6 months. If it's not clearly visible yet, just wait: Your order is valid indefinitely, and you can upload the photo at any time later.

Will this hurt my child?
No. Taking the impression is completely painless—and it's easiest to do while your baby is sleeping.

Will the print be engraved at its original size?
We digitize it and laser-cut it on a 1:1 scale—adjusted to fit the size of the pendant or ring.

Is that real gold?
No—it's a high-quality 18-karat gold plating on 925 sterling silver, so it's costume jewelry. Solid gold of this size and quality would not be possible at our price.

Can I give this piece of jewelry as a gift?
We'd be happy to—just provide the desired shipping address when you place your order. The kit will then be sent directly to the recipient.

Polish with a soft, dry cloth. Take off your jewelry when washing your hands, showering, swimming, or exercising; apply perfume and lotion first, then put on your jewelry. Do not clean gold-plated rings with silver polish or treat them with an ultrasonic cleaner. It's best to store it in a jewelry box.

The kit is shipped free of charge from our warehouse in Switzerland and arrives in 1–2 business days. We'll ship your finished ring in a jewelry box, insured and with tracking —you'll be notified as soon as it's on its way.
