Which cradle does it fit?

For all LIINI® baby cradles – the wooden frame is identical in all colours. You’ll find the part number in your assembly instructions; not sure which number you need? Send our support team a photo, we reply 7 days a week.

Using the cradle safely

The cradle is intended for newborns and babies who cannot yet sit up, roll over or push themselves up on their own – and up to a maximum of 9 kg. After that it’s time for the next bed. Always place it on a stable, level surface.

The hand-crocheted Moses basket is lifted out of the frame by its handle—from the stroller into the house, from the living room to the patio. The side pocket holds diapers or a baby bottle, and the anti-tip feature on the frame keeps the basket securely in place. This way, your baby stays close to you while you go about your day.

The Moses basket is hand-crocheted from cotton, and the frame is made of poplar and birch. The muslin mattress cover has a zipper—just remove it, wash it at 30 °C, and you’re done.

Tested in accordance with DIN EN 1466:2023: stable, tip-resistant, well-ventilated, up to 9 kg. And because honesty is part of what LIINI stands for: The cradle is designed for daytime naps and when you’re on the go —not as a permanent place to sleep at night.

Best done as a pair – it’s more fun together. The hex key is included, power tools stay in the cupboard.
1Lay everything outLay out all parts and bags A–F clearly.
2Prepare the side panelsInsert the wooden dowels (C) into the pre-drilled holes of parts (4), (6) and (7).
3Insert the barrel nutsBarrel nuts (B) into the openings of parts (5), (6) and (7) – mind the direction.
4Screw on the legsConnect the legs (5) to the side panels – screws (A), hex key (E), no power tools.
5Stretch breakWith older siblings around it can take a bit longer – a stretch break never hurts. 😜
6Attach the upper cross bracesInsert barrel nuts (B), screw the cross braces (3) to the side panels.
7Attach the lower cross bracesSame again with the lower cross braces (4) – screws (A).
8Join the side panelsScrew both side panels together and align the braces in parallel.
9Attach the Moses basket holdersOn both sides with screws (D) – threaded inserts face outwards.
10Screw on the fall guardFall guard (2) with screws (F) – hold the wood by hand, it’s easier with two.
11Insert the Moses basket – done!Do a visual check and retighten all screws. 🥳
