Shipping status requests
Delivery times may be longer in November and around Christmas due to the high volume of orders. Our warehouse and dispatch teams work hard to process orders as quickly as possible. Our parcel service partners also do their best to get your parcel to you on time. Many of our parcels are currently waiting to be scanned by DHL; the amount of parcels we have to handle is unimaginable.
At the moment we are working in 3 shifts to ship all the orders we have received as soon as possible – it’s insane.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification.
Please do not open a ticket in this regard. We are currently using all our capacities in logistics and cannot answer your request in the usual and satisfactory time for you.
