How to make the porridge

Peel the potato, wash thoroughly and cut into small pieces.

Wash the zucchinis too and cut into pieces.

Place the prepared potato and zucchini pieces in a pan and add enough water to cover the ingredients.

Cover the pan and steam the potato and zucchini pieces over a medium heat until they are soft. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes. You can use a fork to test whether the potatoes can be pierced easily.

As soon as the potatoes and zucchinis are soft, remove the pan from the heat and leave the ingredients to cool slightly.

Use a blender or hand blender to puree the steamed potatoes and zucchinis to a smooth paste. If desired, you can add a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.

To warm up the porridge, use a LIINI® porridge warmer on the go.

This zucchini and potato mash is not only delicious, but also healthy and easy to digest. You can customize it as you wish.
