How to make the porridge

Start by carefully peeling the carrot, washing it thoroughly and cutting it into small, even pieces.

Then move on to the apple, peel it, remove the seeds and cut it into pieces too.

Now place the prepared apple and carrot pieces in a steamer. Add a little water and let them steam until they are nice and soft. This steaming process preserves the full flavor and nutrients of the ingredients.

Alternatively, you can also boil the mixture, but bear in mind that this can lead to a slightly increased loss of nutrients.

Once the apple and carrot pieces are tender, puree them into a fine mash. This mixture produces a wonderfully velvety porridge that is both nutritious and delicious. Enjoy this healthy treat!

The homemade porridge can be easily prepared in our baby porridge warmer both at home and conveniently on the go.
