Orthodontists recommend keeping pressure on the jaw, palate, and teeth to a minimum: A soft, flexible mouthguard adapts better to the mouth's natural movements.
That is why the LIINI® pacifier was deliberately designed as a high-quality, one-size-fits-all pacifier —with a flexible silicone nipple and a shape that supports the natural position of the tongue, lips, and jaw. The duration and intensity of use are also important.
The nipple can be replaced in seconds without having to replace the entire pacifier: Unscrew the cap counterclockwise, pull out the child-safety lock, replace the nipple—done. You can find all the steps, complete with pictures , in the “Switch it” manual .
For hygiene reasons, we recommend replacing the mouthpieceat least once a month — 3 replacement mouthpieces are included, and refills are available in packs of 3.
The LIINI® pacifier has been tested and certified in accordance with the European safety standard EN 1400:2013+A2:2018 —tested by the internationally recognized testing laboratory SGS (September–October 2025): Tear resistance, bite resistance, stability of the nipple, impact and puncture resistance, safety, and ventilation of the shield.
In addition, the products were tested for harmful substances (BPA, nitrosamines, formaldehyde, VOCs, heavy metals): All limit values were met, or the substances were not detectable.
Before using the pacifier for the first time, take it apart into its individual parts and boil the nipple, shield, and screw cap in plenty of water for a few minutes. Let all the parts cool completely and dry, then put them back together.
24 months from the date the order is received. The silicone mouthpiece is not considered a wear-and-tear part—we recommend replacing it at least once a month anyway. Also excluded are damages caused by biting, pulling, stretching, improper cleaning, or normal signs of wear and tear. If you need to make a warranty claim, simply open a ticket at liini.ch/support.

Tongue, hard and soft palate, lower jaw and pharynx – when sucking, the whole mouth works as a team. The slim LIINI® tip sits exactly where the tongue works, while the aluminium shield stays outside and ventilates the skin.
The biomimetic mamilla structure of the silicone tip creates gentle, varied stimuli on the tongue. Babies explore their world through the mouth – such stimuli can playfully stimulate oral perception and the coordination of tongue movement.
When sucking, the tongue performs a rhythmic wave movement – from tip to base. The soft, flexible silicone moves with it instead of against it: tongue, lip and cheek muscles can work naturally instead of pushing against hard resistance.
The jaw-friendly shape follows the natural movement patterns of sucking and can reduce unwanted pressure on gums, hard palate and lower jaw – important in the phase when jaw and palate are still forming.
Coordinating sucking, swallowing and breathing is your baby’s first great oral-motor achievement. These early sensorimotor experiences are linked to later functions such as chewing – and speaking.
The sign is CNC-machined from aluminum —precise, dimensionally stable, and finished with food-safe anodizing. Weighing just 16.52 grams, the pacifier remains perfectly balanced, while the ventilation holes allow the delicate skin to breathe. Unscrew the cap, pull out the safety lock, swap the mouthpiece – no tools needed. Let’s look at the four parts one by one.

The lock sits inside the mouthpiece and keeps it firmly fixed in the shield so it cannot be pulled out. Keep it out of children’s reach while disassembled.
Turn anti-clockwise to open, clockwise to close – that’s all it takes to swap the mouthpiece or take everything apart for boiling. Hand-tight is enough.
