Participation in the competition on our Instagram account liini_official is only possible with the inclusion of these conditions of participation. The sweepstakes is not sponsored by Instagram and is not affiliated with Instagram.

Eligibility

All natural persons over the age of 18 residing in Germany, Austria & Switzerland are eligible to participate. Employees of LIINI GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. The sweepstakes is for people with children.

Data protection and data processing

As part of the sweepstakes, we collect personal data such as names, email addresses or social media account information of the participants. The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted after the end of the competition in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions.

Participants agree that in the event of a win, their name and, if applicable, their profile picture may be published on our social media channels. The use of this information is solely for advertising and marketing purposes in connection with the sweepstakes.

Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to carry out the competition or to fulfill legal obligations.

Implementation of the sweepstakes

Participation in the competition takes place by fulfilling the requirements stated in the competition description, e.g. following the Instagram account, liking a post or leaving comments. Winners will be randomly selected after the sweepstakes period ends and notified via a direct message on Instagram. Winners have 7 days to respond to the winning notification and provide their contact information. If no response is received within this period, we reserve the right to select a new winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid in cash. The legal process is excluded.

We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur in connection with this sweepstakes. Each participant bears sole responsibility for the content he or she provides and releases us from any liability.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
