Why does the O-ring need to be replaced?
Each time you use it, you unscrew the baby bottle from the bottle warmer and then screw it back on. This causes mechanical friction on the sealing ring. Over time, the material can wear out and lose its sealing effectiveness.
We therefore recommend checking the condition of the seal regularly and replacing it if there are visible signs of wear or if its sealing effectiveness has diminished.
